Design, develop, and improve automated welding machines and related equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production systems
Support installation, testing, and maintenance of machinery and control systems
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure equipment performance
Work closely with Japanese engineers and local staff for technical coordination
Prepare technical documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of relevant work experience in industrial automation, machinery design, or control systems
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability
Immediate contributor with minimal training required
Language: English (Required)
Preferred
Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and control circuits preferred
Japanese (Highly preferred)
Japanese language ability is a plus but not required
