Responsibilities

Orchestrate end -to-end project execution ensuring on time, on scope, and on budget execution of DOD 5000 project

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and mitigation plans to accurately measure project health and adjust course as necessary to ensure successful project execution if risks are realized

Develop burn profiles utilizing Basis of Estimate and Labor Rates to project weekly/monthly cost incurred

Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders including Executive Management

Mentor team members thus elevating the overall skillset of the team

Ensure processes are followed and deliverables are made exceeding internal quality standards and exceeding customer expectations
