Responsibilities
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through new business acquisition
Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise contracts
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-value opportunities within target industries
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategy
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (sports tech, data analytics, or related industry preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor
Skilled at building relationships and selling to senior decision-makers (VP/C-level)
Expert-level negotiation and deal-closing skills for complex, enterprise-level contracts and partnership agreements
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition to a variety of stakeholders
Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools
A natural relationship-builder who is adept at fostering long-term connections
Highly collaborative and team-oriented in approach
A proactive and results-driven professional who takes ownership
