They are seeking a motivated Audio-Visual Installation & Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot AV, control, lighting, and security systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities
Install and set up one-room and multi-room audio/video systems
Configure and service satellite, cable, and streaming devices
Perform advanced troubleshooting on AV and networked systems
Install and configure basic data/network infrastructure
Program and test control systems (URC, Control4, or similar)
Assist with security and surveillance system setup and configuration
Maintain accurate project documentation and complete daily paperwork
Maintain company vehicle and tools in excellent condition
Collaborate with team members and communicate professionally with clients
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and task-driven, with a commitment to 'best practices'
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs
Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
2 or more year of field experience in AV or related field
Preferred
CEDIA EST II or higher (or obtain within 6 months)
Alarm.com Academy (or obtain within 6 months)
Livewire University (within 1 year of hire)
