Law Practice
Responsibilities
Preparing and submitting medical documents throughout the VA claims process
Speaking with clients to address their case status, benefit updates, and answering any questions
Communicating with Board of Veteran Appeals, Regional Office, and checking the Veteran’s Benefits Management System to make sure the case is proceeding accordingly
Maintain close communication with partnered attorney(s) to assure information is accurate and updated regarding the client and their case
Answer/make calls regarding medical record review and file preparation
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in case management
Understanding of the VA claims & appeals process
Ability to prosper in fast-paced environments
Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time
Associates or Bachelor's degree in related fields
