Responsibilities

Serve as a functional and subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, with deep knowledge of its capabilities and use cases

Work directly with Army stakeholders and system users to capture business requirements, document needs, and translate them into functional specifications for developers

Support Help Desk ticket triage, user inquiries, and platform issue resolution

Develop functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

Lead organizational studies and process improvement initiatives to optimize Army workflows using ServiceNow

Support testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with user requirements and Army standards

Advise leadership on ServiceNow adoption strategies, best practices, and opportunities for expanding platform use
