Associate Application Analyst - ERP Training

Responsibilities

Participates in the creation and editing of training materials such as handouts, tip sheets, recorded ERP/Workday demonstrations, and training guides
Assists content developers with creation, editing, and content uploads for learning videos and interactive web-based modules as needed
Updates training curriculum based on system/business needs and communicates changes to all affected parties
Uses proper business writing skills to effectively communicate concepts in a clear, concise manner
Adheres to appropriate adult learning principles
Performs quality review of new or updated training materials
Establishes and maintains regular communications with education team
Participates in preparing the training systems for classes as needed
Performs testing and maintenance of training systems
Adheres to UHS Service Level and Change Advisory Board Policies
Updates/maintains classes in Learning Management System
Demonstrates analytical problem solving to address Customer Service tickets pertaining to ERP training (as assigned)
Tracks registration/attendance and grades classes in HealthStream LMS or other LMS systems and other training reporting mechanisms (in SharePoint)
Works with facility staff to ensure classroom is ready for training, training materials present, equipment available and functioning, etc
Conducts classroom, virtual, group, or one on one training as dependent on specific learning requirements
Maintains Service Excellence principles
Prepares and submits status reports to supervisor as required
Properly documents updates to training materials and file appropriately
Keeps management well informed of activities, needs, problems
Monitors and updates service requests in the UHS ticket tracking system and Workday Case Management pertaining to training
Attends classes to assist experienced trainer as needed
Accepts teaching opportunities, when presented
Collaborates with project managers on special training projects
Provides support to UHS entities as needed

Required

This position requires an associate or bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Liberal Arts, or Education
No work experience is required; some work experience would enhance the skills and abilities necessary to perform this job
Some knowledge of hospital environments is preferred
Solid planning, time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and work well with others
Positive attitude, results driven, and detail oriented
Demonstrates customer-oriented service excellence principles, as outlined in UHS corporate standards
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
Able to quickly learn new software and business processes
Experience using collaborative tools like Zoom and MS Teams as virtual classroom/meeting tool

Preferred

Experience using Articulate 360 or Camtasia would be advantageous
