Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment programs
Develop and update patient care and discharge plans
Accurately document all therapy services and progress notes
Supervise PTAs and support staff as needed
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and state regulations
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active Montana PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
