Responsibilities
Define and Execute the Roadmap: Own the vision and strategy for client-facing tools and platforms that elevate satisfaction, efficiency, and retention
Drive Results: Set clear goals tied to business outcomes such as P&L metrics, engagement, and client retention, and build mechanisms that deliver measurable results
Architect Impactful Solutions: Lead discovery, design, and development of features that improve client outcomes and create a best-in-class experience
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration with accountability for performance and adoption
Champion Experimentation: Use data, A/B testing, and predictive models to optimize decisions and continuously improve product performance
Collaborate Broadly: Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, sales, and marketing to align strategy and drive seamless execution
Elevate Team Thinking: Model strong written and verbal communication, clear documentation, and rigorous decision-making grounded in data and customer insight
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product or program management experience, including direct ownership of product strategy and execution
Strong analytical mindset with deep comfort using data to drive decision-making
Proven success managing end-to-end product lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration
Experience designing mechanisms for alignment such as postmortems, biweekly updates, MBRs and QBRs
Ability to work closely with technical teams and challenge assumptions constructively
