Responsibilities

Represent victims of wage theft on a classwide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more

Provide legal counsel

Draft legal documents

Take/defend depositions

Advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
