Business Systems Analyst III (PeopleSoft, FSCM) (REMOTE)
Samaritan's Purse is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst III to join their Information Technology department, working remotely. The role involves partnering with internal departments to improve enterprise finance systems, leading requirements definition sessions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver PeopleSoft enhancements and integrations.

Responsibilities

Work with end-users to understand PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials Supply Chain Management and develop solutions to their business processes using various technology to maximize their performance
Participate in requirements definition sessions with stakeholders to capture detailed, system-agnostic business requirements
Facilitate sessions to document current business process and designs to-be processes and understand the finance functional business processes across the entire organization
Train end-users domestically and internationally on existing and/or new Finance Systems and processes across all departments when necessary
Support the ministry in the review, planning, testing and implementation of Financial Management System upgrades or edits
Utilize all available tools and information sources to elicit requirements, including interviews/meetings, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis
Provide effort estimates for business analysis in proposed initiatives. Document functional specs, ensuring that all details of business data and business rules are included
Participate in team building and group facilitation, compiling, tracking, and analyzing data, as well as preparing group training materials
Serve as a liaison between IT and other ministry departments, including international, in needs assessment and subsequent, design, development, delivery, and maintenance of technology solutions
Participate in discovery sessions to identify business scenario use cases for all in-scope process steps
Coordinate the implementation of new Enterprise Applications on a global level requiring collaboration with other areas within IT, as well as other departments across the ministry organization
Initialize all test cases with traceability to business and functional requirements

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field and/or at least four (4) years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management, and related modules
Strong ability to collaborate well across multiple internal departments
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire
Fluency in English (required)
Preferred
Experience with associated Oracle technologies or system integrations is preferred
