Responsibilities

Work on projects and assignments individually, as well as part of a work team

Responsible for understanding and following manufacturing guidelines for product installations

Generate accurate takeoff quantities for flooring products and accessories

Use artistic skills and design principles to develop exclusive visuals for desired flooring products and prepare layouts for internal and external client approval

Ability to present layout design concepts via phone, web and in-person in a polished professional manner

Stay aware of current trends in flooring, while occasionally developing design and color schemes for specific customers and layouts

Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements
