Responsibilities

Conduct monthly outreach to vendors to assess data availability and pricing
Acquire assessment and tax data from various sources on a monthly basis
Receive, track, and log source data in internal databases and Google Workspace
Review source data for accuracy and verify alignment with related invoices
Respond to tickets promptly to secure data replacements as needed
Identify and address obstacles with vendors to obtain comprehensive datasets
Adapt to new processes and contribute to workflow improvements
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and goals

Required

Experience in case management or account management
Background in sourcing products from multiple suppliers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective phone communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred

Experience in customer service, call centers, or managing challenging phone conversations
