Senior GTM Recruiter

Rho is an all-in-one banking platform for startups, and they are seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive a world-class hiring operation across sales, marketing, and customer teams. This role involves leading full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles and shaping the U.S. go-to-market team during a critical period of growth.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from kickoff to close
Treat recruiting like half art, half science: Find creative ways to position Rho before the strongest operators in the business; A/B test messaging; take a human-first approach
Obsess over our metrics and beating them, all the time
Partner with the Talent & People org and cross-functional partners globally to advance and absorb Rho’s talent brand and strategy
Focus on quality over quantity. We know that a lean team of A+ talent creates infinitely more value than a large team of 'fine' talent
Act as an owner: your job is not to hire people—it’s to build a business

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions like sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships at a high-growth startup
A strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence
High ownership and accountability— you take responsibility for getting the job done
Exceptional communication
Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope
Strong knowledge of the NYC and/or SF GTM talent market and how to reach its best
A spirit of experimentation and ability to pivot
Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred)
