They are seeking a Commercial Enterprise Account Manager II to manage client renewals and service the day-to-day needs of insureds, while also overseeing assistant account managers and maintaining policy information.

Responsibilities

Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds

Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal

Managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers

Maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC)

Qualification

Required

At least 3 years insurance account management experience

High school or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communications

Well versed in customer service

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products

Experience with EPIC is a plus

2-5 years of relevant experience
