Responsibilities
Design intuitive flows for model customization, deployment, and evaluation in Leap Workbench
Translate complex ML workflows into simple experiences for non-technical enterprise users
Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify and prioritize design improvements
Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and iterate based on technical constraints
Qualification
Required
4+ years designing complex tools or platforms (developer tools, AI interfaces, or enterprise software)
Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and exceptional interaction design
Proven ability to translate technical complexity into intuitive, usable products
Experience working in fast-moving environments where you iterate based on prototyping and user feedback
Preferred
Frontend development skills (Tailwind, React, or similar)
Experience with AI/ML products or data-intensive workflows
Background in consumer applications alongside enterprise experience
