EchoStar is reimagining the future of connectivity, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for its Corporate Transport Sourcing Team. This role involves sourcing all transport network and data center connectivity, managing a team, and guiding the future of EchoStar’s Transport network across the nation and globally.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and manage a team of Transport Sourcing Managers

Develop and guide the sourcing, contract management, negotiation and supplier management strategies and practices of the team

Manage all aspects of transport “Request for Proposals”, RFPs, to achieve a best techno-commercial solutions for EchoStar business units and overall corporation

Establish and manage Objectives and Key Results(OKR) of the organization to ensure cost and quality control and effective executive reporting

Assess the risk of potential and current vendors and develop risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans

Analyze industry trends to proactively identify risk and opportunities that can be exploited to benefit EchoStar
