Responsibilities

Lead and manage ground-up construction projects for mission-critical facilities such as data centers
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Provide leadership and direction to site personnel and trade contractors
Develop and implement construction schedules, strategies, and procedures to optimize workflow
Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in mission-critical or data center projects

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required
Proficiency in project management software and tools
