The role involves ensuring that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to specifications, while also identifying business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee MEP projects from conception to completion

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with standards

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met

Identify business development opportunities and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders

Prepare and present project proposals and updates to management and clients

Ensure all safety standards and regulatory requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle

Required

In possession of an ABET-accredited degree in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

Proven experience in MEP project management, with a track record of successful project delivery

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects

Business development experience, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
