Responsibilities
Handle daily maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds
Complete all service requests within one business day (when possible)
Perform make-ready duties in vacant apartments, coordinating with vendors for flooring, cleaning, and repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance shop
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour emergency maintenance
Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and fellow team members
Qualification
Required
HVAC or EPA certification
3+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing)
Knowledge of and hands-on skills in HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
Knowledge of and hands-on skills in Electrical & mechanical systems
Knowledge of and hands-on skills in Plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
Ability to work in an on-call rotation and handle emergency maintenance needs
Lift objects up to 75 lbs
Bend, stoop, twist, and reach into small or overhead spaces as needed
Stand and walk for extended periods across property grounds
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Preferred
HVAC or EPA certification preferred
Pool maintenance experience a plus
