They are seeking a Caregiver and Workforce Clinical Program Coordinator to design, implement, and evaluate psychosocial interventions that support family caregivers and healthcare workers, addressing emotional and systemic challenges within caregiving and healthcare environments.

Required

New York State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or

New York State Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or a related field and three (3) years of experience in program development and group-based interventions

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices

Preferred

The ideal candidate will hold a valid LCSW-R or LMHC credential and possess 3+ years of experience in program development, particularly in behavioral health or psychosocial support settings

Designing and facilitating group-based interventions, with demonstrated success in outcomes and engagement

Direct experience working with caregivers of cancer patients, or strong knowledge of the unique emotional, psychological, and logistical challenges they face

A deep understanding of the burnout drivers affecting healthcare workers (HCWs), including systemic stressors, compassion fatigue, and workload-related pressures

The ability to translate this understanding into supportive programming and interventions that promote resilience and well-being
