Responsibilities

Lead/Manage/Support You will be the lead Performance Monitoring SME to interface with our BIM team and the customer to integrate tools and establish reporting dashboards

Collaborate with our BIM Engineering, Design and Site teams to build, integrate and enhance the BIM monitoring solution

4+ years of related experience

US Citizenship Required

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

5+ years of related experience

NOC/SOC operations background – you've been in the trenches and know what works

General Networking concepts (OSI Model/VPN/Topologies/Router functions...etc)

Incident management expertise with a track record of managing complex, multi-team responses

Scripting abilities for automation and efficiency improvements

Define and customize Aggregation rules and KPIs/KQIs

Domain concepts, and knowledge how to configure the target service and network components for the specific project case: L3 VPN

Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and observability tools. (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, and others) is mandatory

Use the GUI capabilities to create and customize dashboards and reports

Define and update Anomaly-Detection and Forecasting rules

DoD Secret Level Clearance required

Must meet DOD 8570 or DOD 8140 equivalent requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access upon hire for positions with elevated privileges. Requirements include possessing and maintaining Security Plus CE

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills applied to the development and presentation of technical materials appropriate to a broad spectrum of audiences

Adept at interfacing with Government at senior leader levels and representing the interests of GDIT

Preferred

5HPE vTeMIP, HPE Service Orchestrator and HPE Intelligent Assurance solutions knowledge is a plus

ITIL V3/4 Foundation or higher
