Customer Experience Specialist
Energy Management Corporation (EMC) is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Salt Lake City. This role focuses on providing consultative support to customers and outside sales teams, ensuring exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
Support our outside sales team and field technicians by creating quotes, fulfilling orders, and keeping CRM data sharp and accurate
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and e-commerce, making sure they get quick, clear, and professional solutions
Build relationships and grow accounts by developing outbound sales strategies tailored to customer needs
Become an expert on our products and services so you can confidently guide customers to the best solutions for their business
Qualification
Required
At least 2+ years of customer service, implementation, or technical sales experience (bonus points if it's in an industrial setting)
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, Zoho, SharpSpring, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
Experience or exposure to industrial electrical equipment (motors, drives, generators, etc.)—huge plus!
Comfort with Microsoft Office and general computer know-how
