Responsibilities
Welcoming, assisting, and directing callers and visitors to the appropriate personnel and resources (both internal and external)
Responding to inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and visitors to the primary office
Assisting applicants with online applications and troubleshooting issues with SLHA's online application portal
Assisting applicants with paper applications (if a reasonable accommodation is needed)
Assisting with outreach to developments, community partners, etc. before the opening of SLHA's Public Housing Waitlist
Routine scanning of documents and filing
Proofreading and editing documents
Data entry, generating reports, and preparing spreadsheets
Entering and searching for information in databases
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate from a college/university program in Social Work, Public Administration, Business or related field
Clerical and/or customer service experience
