Responsibilities

Managing the lifecycle of entire projects by effectively delegating responsibilities to junior team members, managing the client relationship, and executing on the statement of work

Designing and managing complex data models including both external and internal client data to facilitate analysis

Interacting on a day-to-day basis with FTI team members, client personnel and advisors, typically serving as client day-to-day contact leader

Overseeing creation of project documentation, visualizations and written analyses, reports, or presentations

Nimbly juggling multiple client and internal priorities and switching between tasks, sometimes in a high-pressure environment

Developing and adhering to project budgets and timelines. Assist in project staffing decisions

Coaching and mentoring younger team members

Participate in business development efforts including proposals, collateral development and identification of new service offerings. Participate in business development meetings with clients. Develop and maintain professional relationships with current and prior clients

Participation in and delivery of FTI’s extensive internal and external training opportunities to help build your own skillset as well as develop new capabilities to be leveraged for our clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience

Experience delivering consulting services for Healthcare clients

Experience managing multiple workstreams/projects, delegating responsibilities to junior team members, and managing client relationships

Experience using SQL and Python to collate, transform and analyze data

Support of Expert testifiers: report drafting, writing, document review, industry research

Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Preferred

Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI

Experience collecting, aggregating and standardizing data through web scraping, PDF parsing, etc

Proficiency with a wide range of data science concepts including natural language processing, statistical analysis, regression, clustering and various algorithms or predictive models

Knowledge of data governance and data privacy best practices
