Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for flexible packaging in target verticals such as food and beverage, personal care, nutraceuticals, and industrial
Source and negotiate with converters and film suppliers to ensure sustainability credentials and service level expectations
Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion through full-cycle sales
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and collateral; align with operations on forecasting and service
Maintain clean CRM data and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts within ±10%
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in packaging sales or business development; flexible packaging experience is a plus
Strong negotiation and supplier sourcing skills
Proven ability to manage pricing and margins effectively
Comfortable building a book from zero with strong CRM discipline
Willing to travel as needed (25–35%)
