Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is an AmLaw 100 firm that fosters a collaborative team environment. They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to provide support across key practice groups including Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Construction, managing all phases of litigation support.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation support, from case inception through resolution

Conduct eDiscovery using Relativity

Oversee document management with iManage

Handle e-filings at both the Federal and State level through PACER

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case organization

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a highly team-oriented culture

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

Prior paralegal experience in Insurance, Labor & Employment, or Construction law (experience in multiple areas a plus)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred

Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and PACER strongly preferred
