Responsibilities

Schedule and publish organic content on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), etc. The goal is to keep social media active with consistent posts and achieve community growth and organic social metrics

Propose creative content ideas aligned with the brand to foster engagement and maintain audience interest

Coordinate content creation with the design and production team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the brand's visual and conceptual guidelines

Monitor community interaction and collaborate with the CX (Customer Experience) team to answer questions, encourage participation, and, if necessary, respond directly from the brand

Prepare reports on the performance of organic content, analyzing key metrics such as reach, engagement, and views to identify areas for improvement

Influencer Management: Identify profiles aligned with the brand, contact them, coordinate deliverables, follow up on their posts, and collect performance metrics
