Required

Duly licensed U.S. attorneys in good standing

At least three to ten (3-10) years' experience in civil litigation

Strong academic backgrounds

Proven skills in research

Self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience in defense litigation with specializations in Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability
