Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot; design and support workflow automations; troubleshoot issues; support AI-based tools (e.g., AI SDRs)
Manage recurring tasks; ensure pipeline data accuracy; build dashboards and reports; assist with weekly sales reporting; coordinate logistics for prospecting events and conferences
Support cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and align stakeholders
Ensure the Sales team has the latest product updates, case studies, and campaign assets; support onboarding and adoption of best practices
Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making
Source and pre-qualify sales candidates; coordinate intro calls with sales leadership
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Marketing Operations in a SaaS or tech environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (required)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data analysis is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Experience with AI sales tools (e.g., AI SDRs, Apollo)
