Prepare ID cards, Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance documents
File and follow up on claims
Follow up on Direct Notice of Cancellation (DNOC's)
Quoting
Assist with preparation of invoices, following up on payments, and responding to billing inquiries
Processing endorsement requests
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior commercial lines assist experience required
Ability to work in-office, Monday thru Friday
Preferred
Knowledge of EPIC and Indio a plus
