Responsibilities
Work across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful evaluation, optimization, design, commissioning, and full-scale operational troubleshooting of water treatment facilities
Collaborate with local and global technology leaders to produce innovative solutions for a variety of municipal and industrial clients that are sustainable and resilient
Drive the evaluation and ultimate incorporation of emerging technologies into work while implementing Jacobs best practices developed over the past 40 years serving the drinking water industry
Support business development efforts and help in the pursuit of new projects
Work directly with clients on the projects and tasks that you are leading
Collaborate with senior technologists who are experts in the industry, with the expectation of participating in team building and mentoring of younger engineers
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure
Progressive professional experience in relevant water treatment and process engineering
Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, reuse, master planning, and treatment processes and technologies
Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
Preferred
Experience with membrane treatment technologies including membrane filtration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis
Experience with commissioning and start-up of full-scale membrane treatment facilities
Membrane piloting experience
Direct or indirect potable reuse project experience
