They are seeking a Rental Outside Sales Representative to aggressively pursue and close rental opportunities in the Monroe territory, while building rapport with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
Provide equipment rental solutions for our customers through your knowledge of Louisiana Cat rental products
Develop your territory to maximize potential for customers and the company
Build rapport with new customers and existing customer base
Serve as a sales consultant for customer accounts in your defined territory
Collaborate with the Rental Sales Manager to establish sales goals on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Qualification
Required
Strong sales consultative communication as role is a 'customer-facing' position
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel within defined sales territory and valid U.S. Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred
Knowledge or experience using CRM (Customer Relations Management) software such as Salesforce
Knowledge of construction processes and commonly used construction machinery
