Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair bicycles, from basic tune-ups to complex fixes
Assemble, disassemble, and install bike components and accessories
Perform safety checks and ensure bikes are functioning optimally
Adjust gears, brakes, and suspension systems for peak performance
Provide friendly, expert advice to customers on bike maintenance
Keep the workshop organized, clean, and well-stocked with tools
Test ride bikes after repairs to ensure quality workmanship
Stay updated on the latest bike models, technology, and repair techniques
Assist with customer inquiries and product recommendations in-store
Qualification
Required
Skilled and detail-oriented bike mechanic
Ability to diagnose and repair bicycles, from basic tune-ups to complex fixes
Experience assembling, disassembling, and installing bike components and accessories
Capability to perform safety checks and ensure bikes are functioning optimally
Skill in adjusting gears, brakes, and suspension systems for peak performance
Ability to provide friendly, expert advice to customers on bike maintenance
Experience keeping the workshop organized, clean, and well-stocked with tools
