HR Generalist Manager I

The HR Generalist Manager I will be responsible for employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, payroll processing, and issue resolution within the Human Resources domain.

Responsibilities

Issue resolution, including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation
Employee Engagement Initiatives – Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, celebration activities point of contact/coordinator
Talent Acquisition – recruit and make hiring decision for hourly food service positions
Payroll processor for the Aramark employees, and Benefits assistance as needed
On-boarding programs and initiatives to support hourly new hires

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeHuman Resources experienceEmployment relationsTrainingPresentationProcess improvementOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis
Ability to train and present to management and staff
Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must take initiative to improve processes as needed

Preferred

Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development preferred
