Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating current workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for structured improvements
Contribute to the design and testing of AI-enabled and automated solutions with guidance from senior engineers and data scientists
Support the application of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI services in day-to-day operations
Assist in building simple automation workflows (using low-code/no-code platforms) to reduce manual tasks
Participate in basic solution prototyping and iterative testing to ensure reliable results
Collect and organize data from ongoing projects
Conduct basic analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Help prepare simple dashboards and structured reports to communicate findings effectively
Maintain clear and accurate records of AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives
Assist in preparing presentations and project updates that summarize both technical and business outcomes
Stay current on trends in AI, automation, data analytics, and introductory engineering methods
Develop foundational skills in systems thinking, problem-solving, and process design through mentorship

Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree with no previous professional experience
Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Legal)
