Responsibilities

Design control panel layouts, BOM’s, Nameplate Schedules, AC and/or DC wireway layouts
Development of I/O wiring diagrams, AC and/or DC power distribution diagrams, I/O Lists
Instrumentation specifications and selection of instruments using an Instrument Index and/or instrument data sheets
Copper and fiber optic networks for the control system or SCADA
Develop Bill of Materials and Estimates for Design projects
Prepare drawings detailing the system designed utilizing AutoCAD and REVIT
Develop Conceptual design reports and Concept of Operation Documents
Prepare Engineering Specifications
Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects
Engaging with instrumentation vendors and manufactures to understand product capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical of Chemical Engineering
Professional expertise
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Proficiency with Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware SCADA manufacturers
10%-15% travel time expected with trip durations 1 to 2 weeks, local or international travel

Preferred

EIT with plans of taking the Control Systems PE exam once requirements are met
