Senior Computational Biologist / Non-Tenure-Track Assistant Professor / Faculty Research Scientist

Lead single-molecule and 3D epigenomics analyses
Develop pipelines and machine-learning models for Oxford Nanopore and PacBio long-read data (nano-NOMe-seq)
Integrate long-read data with Hi-C/Hi-CHIP and transcriptional datasets to explore chromatin topology, nucleosome organization, and gene regulation
Qualification
Required
PhD
extensive experience with long-read or single-molecule data
strong coding skills (Python/R)
record of innovation in computational epigenomics and machine learning
