Garver is an employee-owned engineering, planning, and environmental services firm. The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician will develop 3D models and produce detailed drawings using Revit software, collaborating with engineers and designers on various projects.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Revit
Produce high-quality plans, sections, and details within Revit software
Process and interpret point cloud data for use in model development
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, architectural, and MEPF disciplines, to execute design and as-built projects
Maintain clear communication with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements
Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications

Revit softwarePoint cloud processingScan-to-BIM workflowsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Proficiency in Revit software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Familiarity with point cloud processing and Scan-to-BIM workflows is a plus
