Responsibilities

Conduct financial advisory valuations in buy-side and sell-side transactions

Review target company financial information and data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, working capital and net debt considerations, and potential liabilities

Identify pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues during financial due diligence

Analyze and suggest potential purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or other transaction-related issues

Assist in drafting reports on Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and other transaction-related analyses

Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff members

Collaborate with other disciplines, including tax, on due diligence projects

Contribute to staff training, the development of practice aids, and compliance with practice requirements
