Responsibilities

Execute a lead role for the design, prototype, test and troubleshoot embedded electronics hardware and firmware for mid to high complexity projects

Provide expertise and engineering support on high complexity projects

Use laboratory equipment to debug and develop your design with oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, spectrum analyzers, ESD/EMC, data acquisition systems, and analysis software

Effectively communicate and motivate up, down and across the organization to a diverse range of technical and non-technical team members

Drive urgency in project schedules and accountability for establishing and achieving key project metrics that meet the organization’s needs

Independently track projects to ensure adherence to schedule and the TTi product development process

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in the Embedded Electronics design field including 32-bit microcontroller-based circuits

Demonstrated design experience in motor drives in embedded hardware and firmware implementations

Self-motivated, organized, efficient, process oriented with a strong work ethic

Excellent problem-solving skills, exercises independent judgement and works well under pressure in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
