Senior Oracle Developer

Responsibilities
Provide expertise in Oracle R12.2 EBS Financials Applications, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and TCA modules
Participate and contribute to all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and enhancements, as well as integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems
Develop and maintain RICEW/CEMLI components ensuring reusability and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and DBA teams
Ensure data integrity and consistency across modules and interfaces
Perform impact analysis and risk assessments for system changes and enhancements
Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge sharing
Develop and maintain unit test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation
Ensure deliverables meet the defined SLAs and security/compliance standards (SOX)
Qualification
Required
Provide expertise in Oracle R12.2 EBS Financials Applications, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and TCA modules

Strong design and development skills across full life cycle implementations (Oracle R12.2 EBS), upgrades, production support, and cloud migration
Deep understanding of Oracle Financials architecture, including multi-org, sub-ledger accounting (SLA), and account generator workflows
Capable of developing and enhancing existing Oracle 10g reports, Oracle Forms, JDeveloper, HTML, BI Publisher, XML Publisher reports
Skilled in UNIX/LINUX shell scripting and automation scripts for deployment and monitoring
Expertise in PL/SQL, performance tuning, and experience in managing large data volumes and batch processing
Familiar with Agile and DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
Experience in Oracle Support (My Oracle Support, SR handling, and patch impact analysis)
Experience integrating with third-party systems using middleware technologies (Oracle SOA Suite and MuleSoft.)
Good understanding of change management processes (Azure Pipeline), version control (Git/Git Hub), and release documentation
Familiar with incident management tools (ServiceNow)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Oracle MFT for SFTP is a plus
Ability to work under minimal supervision and in global team setups (onshore/offshore coordination)
