Responsibilities
Inspection of incoming materials, products in-process and final products, for compliance to drawings and specifications (customer and Materion)
Participate with customer source inspections and/or first article inspections
Defect disposition via initiation of a NCMR
Familiarization of entire product line and processes
Must be able to make sound judgments from visual inspections
Proficient use of measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, measuring microscope, hardness tester, tensile tester, etc.)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with SAP (Quality-related functions) and Access
Dexterity and preciseness required to operate test equipment
Production or inspection related experience preferred
