Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments

Handle payroll operations through Paylocity, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations

Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are precise and up-to-date

Oversee billing functions, including invoicing and resolving discrepancies

Support accounts receivable activities to ensure smooth collection processes

Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting workflows

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations

Address and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner
