Trainer, Orders

ReturnPro is looking for a team-oriented, driven, and energetic Orders Department Trainer. The Orders Department Trainer performs all tasks involved in the training of ReturnPro teammates, ensuring production and training is efficient and safe. This role includes monitoring and administering training while motivating teammates to achieve maximum quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand a wide variety of job duties to a high level of detail
Ability to document work progress to a high level of detail for the purpose of training teammates
Monitor & administer teammate training, motivating teammates to achieve maximum quality & productivity
Effectively train others in a production environment
Validate training materials by working with supervisors
Conduct training audits to identify training gaps, conduct on the job training to correct deficiencies, and retest
Observe and audit work to make necessary changes to documentation or processes
Ensure Regulatory Compliance and adherence to the quality standards
Work with teammates and the production training team to make recommendations on how to improve operations to optimize production while positively contributing to safety, quality, cost, and lead time
Provide feedback to teammates and evaluate abilities

Required

Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
Knowledge of quality systems and standards
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
Knowledge of process improvement techniques
Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles
Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Strong time management and project management skills
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve when faced with new challenges
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner

Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead
Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
