Responsibilities

Drive deployment of hardware and software functionality
Investigate issues
Design ground support equipment to drive delivery on a critical program across several different disciplines
Build trust and drive alignment across both design and operations spaces
Work with engineering, manufacturing, and operational functions across all Prime Air teams
Drive efficient delivery
Decompose ambiguous problems into straightforward solutions
Convert lessons learned to requirement update requests

Required

Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production

Experience in component selection and understanding of component reliability
Experience with prototyping and implementation
Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume
Experience with troubleshooting and trend analysis

Preferred

Experience with the project management of technical projects
