Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings, to generate new business opportunities
Manage assigned territory by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs
Utilize account management techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives
Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or retail sectors
Strong skills in lead generation and cold calling techniques
Familiarity with account management principles and territory management strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections
