Demonstrate proven sales experience with needs-based solutions and closing deals
Build and maintain established business relationships with decision-makers in the NYC area Fortune 1000, utilities, and government organizations

Required

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in prospecting, presenting needs-based solutions, and closing deals

Familiarity with IT recruiting or IT solutions, or ability to quickly acquire relevant industry knowledge
Results-driven with strong desire for independence and performance-based rewards
