Responsibilities

Drive execution of HR-related projects and programs ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Tracks, monitors, and reports on HR programs and project progress to ensure successful completion
Collects and analyzes data, identifying potential risks or issues, and takes appropriate action to address
Conducts research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to stay updated and provide insights for program development and improvement
Collaborate with HR leadership, seeking feedback to be considered for program design and implementation
Performs workforce and organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments with functional management
Strategizes with management by leveraging internal metrics and system resources which include predictive analytics to mitigate risk
Maintains positive employee relations; promptly investigates complaints/issues and makes recommendations to management to resolve them
Perform other duties as assigned
