Responsibilities

Develop project budgets based on early design concepts, site conditions, and scope to inform feasibility and decision-making

Prepare detailed cost estimates in partnership with Build Managers, covering materials, labor, equipment, and contingencies

Coordinate and manage tender packages to ensure contractors receive accurate and complete information for competitive bidding

Analyze and level contractor bids to identify discrepancies, assess value, and ensure fairness and consistency in selection

Formalize the commit budget by integrating approved bids, contracts, and allowances to align with project objectives

Track and control project costs against the commit budget, providing updates, forecasts, and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
